Ankle Pain
For most any injury, be sure to start with the RICE method (rest, ice, compression, and elevation); stay off your foot and give our office a call. Most urgent injuries can be seen on the same day and without the additional cost of an emergency room. We also have an x-ray and ultrasound machine available in each of our offices so you only have to make the one trip. (see also “Diagnostic imaging”)
