Nerve Pain

Nerves are like the electrical system in your body and they often hurt with shooting pains, burning, tingling, pins and needles pain, or even with numbness. Nerve pain can be the result of many conditions, including peripheral neuropathy (which may or may not be related to diabetes), neuromas, or nerve entrapments.
